Mike Pagh

President & CEO

As CEO and President of Great Lakes Management and its subsidiary Gentle Touch Health, Michael strives to inspire team members to make a positive difference in the lives of others by providing superior quality housing and healthcare options within communities under management.  Since co-founding Great Lakes in 1988, Michael has developed mutually beneficial and longstanding business relationships with a diverse group of investors and building owners.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and has been actively involved in Twin Cities-based investment real estate businesses for nearly 40 years. Prior to forming Great Lakes Management, Michael’s industry background included leadership roles with national financial institutions in commercial mortgage banking. Michael is a licensed real estate broker, actively involved with local and national multi-housing trade associations and is a past Chairman of the Board of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association.

Vicky Dwyer

Chief financial officer

During her 30-year tenure with Great Lakes Management, Vicky has been instrumental in establishing highly efficient and effective corporate accounting, risk management and regulatory compliance functions. Vicky began her career at Great Lakes as a staff accountant; she was subsequently promoted to the position of Corporate Controller and held that position until being appointed Chief Financial Officer. Vicky is a graduate of Minnesota State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

VP of Asset Management

Lorien has been an integral part of the Great Lakes Management team for 20 years, steadily broadening her responsibilities throughout her tenure. She now serves as the Vice President of Asset Management, where she is responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to maximize the company’s assets’ value. This includes overseeing the performance of property management teams and ensuring that assets are managed efficiently and effectively.

In her extensive experience, Lorien has supervised various portfolios, including student housing, active adult communities, multi-family, and commercial properties. Additionally, she has been accountable for corporate operational responsibilities, such as staff training and developing property management policies and procedures.

Lorien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Winona State University and a Master of Science Degree in Counseling and Human Resource Development from South Dakota State University.

adam Pagh

Executive Vice President

Adam joined Great Lakes Management in 2016 after spending 10 years in Chicago in the wealth management and fixed income sales and trading business. In his current role, Adam is charged with seeking and analyzing potential new acquisition, partnership, development, management and consulting opportunities. He also provides support to site-level management and marketing operations. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver with a major in Finance and minor in Real Estate.

STEPHEN PAGH​

Executive Vice President

Stephen joined Great Lakes Management in 2020 after 10 years experience in institutional bond and high-growth SAAS sales. As Executive Vice President, Stephen’s primary responsibilities are leading lease-up efforts at new developments and leading strategic implementation of technologies that make GLM a faster and smarter company. The senior living industry is ripe for innovation and Great Lakes is committed to leading the way. Stephen graduated from Wheaton College with a degree in Business and Economics.

Donna flaata

Director of Senior Housing Development

Donna joined Great Lakes in January 2020 as Senior Housing Portfolio Director. In her current role Donna oversees the newest communities in the portfolio that are under construction or in various stages of marketing and lease-up, working closely with the teams at the community level on hiring, financial oversight, sales and marketing. Donna brings to the team 38 years of experience in independent living, assisted living, memory care, and home health and therapy services, having held leadership roles for national and local companies. Donna is very involved with Leading Age and other industry groups, bringing tremendous experience and knowledge to the Great Lakes team.

Annemarie Olmscheid

Director of Human Resources

Annemarie Olmscheid is the Director of Human Resources for GLM. She leads the HR team in developing programs that support the site teams and help the company achieve its staffing goals. Annemarie chose to join GLM in June of 2018 because of its strong reputation for creating positive differences in the lives of others. Annemarie holds a B.S.B. in Human Resources from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, as well as SHRM-SCP and SPHR professional certifications.

Angie Bantle

VP of Assisted Living Operations

As the VP of Assisted Living Operations at Great Lakes Management, Angie is entrusted with the oversight of clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and fostering the community’s continuous quality enhancement and growth. Angie brings a fervent dedication to delivering exceptional care for aging adults. Her unwavering commitment to mentoring and developing healthcare teams drives them to provide unparalleled service.

Angie’s influential role in the community is instrumental in achieving elevated clinical standards, streamlining processes and policies, and encouraging employee advancement. By embodying the values she instills in her teams, Angie serves as an inspiring guide and exemplary role model, ensuring the utmost level of customer service is consistently delivered throughout the community
