Lori McGuire

Director of Senior Housing

Ms. McGuire is responsible for the company's Assisted Living, Memory/Hospice Care & Senior Housing with Services portfolio along with the Gentle Touch Health Initiatives home care agency. Her responsibilities include day-to-day oversight of the company’s campus administrators and their teams, the financial and operational performance of the sites including, but not limited to, regulatory compliance with local, state and federal law agencies.

Lori has a diverse background which includes geriatric nursing and case management, consumer experience and facility and property management. Prior to joining Great Lakes Management’s corporate team, she was the Campus Administrator at the Glenn Hopkins (formerly St. Therese Southwest), the company’s largest housing with services location. In that role, she had operational oversight of a 313-unit campus where she was responsible for the property’s Housing with Services, Assisted Living and Memory Care components as well as clinical oversight.

Prior to joining GLMC, Lori was the Director of Guest Services and oversaw 110 employees at a 500-bed Long Term Care facility which included a large transitional care unit, memory care and independent housing components. In that role, Lori oversaw the entire capital budget as well as multiple building improvement and remodel projects.

Lori is a graduate of the Mankato School of Nursing and earned the Leading Age Housing with Services certificate.
